Indigenous Heritage

Throughout history, Indigenous peoples have often been looked over or excluded  from important conversations. Though June is Indigenous Heritage Month here in Canada, we hope this page is an opportunity to learn more about Indigenous cultures, educate ourselves of their struggles and acknowledge their importance in the modern-day society we live in, as their culture is not limited to one month. Below are resources crafted by Indigenous voices, highlighting their stories, their beliefs and their dreams.

Overview

Supporting Indigenous groups in Canada is extremely important, as allied support amplifies Indigenous voices. Listening to their stories, supporting their businesses and donating to their organizations implies that we will continue to stand in solidarity.
